Red Map Vienna covers the historic Innere Stadt (Central Vienna) west to Schloss Schonebrunn. In between are the cultural and shopping areas of Mariahilf, Neubau, Josefstadt, the Museums Quarter, the Augarten, and the Prater.

Tour the Spanish Riding School, home to the famous white dancing horses, and this being Vienna, book tickets to an opera before you go. There are three important theatres for the art form, the Wiener Staatsoper, the Academie and the Burg-theatre. Three churches to see include the austere Minoritenkirche, Karl-kirche with its elaborate frescoed dome, and Vienna's main cathedral, St. Stephansdom. Austria is known for its old-world craftsmanship, and the Red Map provides you with approximately 200 of Vienna's best boutiques and antique stores.
