One of the Queens Museum's most famous exhibitions is the Panorama of the City of New York, an incredible scale model featuring approx. 895,000 buildings, bridges and structures in the five boroughs complete with miniature planes taking off from LaGuardia Airport. The model was built for the 1964 World's Fair and is updated periodically with the city's newest towers.
